Holiday Workshop

December 22 from 9-12 join the Davie 4-H County Council members for a morning of holiday fun! The Holiday Workshop is only $8 per youth! They will make crafts, snacks and gifts for you and your family to enjoy over the holidays. Registration is open to all Davie County youth ages 7-11, but space is limited, so register soon! Call 753-6100 with any questions. You can pick up a registration form at our office or click on 4-H Youth Development on the left side and scroll down to the November 2014 newsletter. 2015 Southern Piedmont Farm School Registration for the Piedmont Farm School are accepted from now util November 14, 2014. The Southern Piedmont Farm School is a seven month educational program that trains beginning and transitional farmers with a strong commitment to operate successful sustainable farms. The school offers seven business-planning seminars, which will give farmers the tools to create a viable business plan for economically sustainable farm enterprise. The school also includes seven field trips to experienced farmers and agricultural professionals.
