North Carolina State University each year conducts research on corn grain and corn silage in eight different locations across the state. Popular or new corn varieties from different companies are planted and tested. The results are then published in an unbiased manner in order to give the farmers of North Carolina an understanding of variety performance and results. This information is given freely. If interested in receiving a copy, please call the Davie Extension Center at 336-753-6100.
