Would you like to learn more about pressure canning and safely preserving vegetables at home?

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension in Davie County for a free Pressure Canning Workshop!

During this hands-on educational workshop, participants will learn about: foods appropriate for pressure canning, important food safety concerns, equipment needed for pressure canning and safe, tested recipe sources.

*A demonstration of how to can vegetables using a pressure canner will also be provided*
