Join Horticulture Agent Susan Hawkins to learn how to turn waste materials into a valuable soil amendment. Participants will learn different techniques to produce compost, do’s and don’ts of compost materials, how to use the finished compost, and more.
The class will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The class will be held in a hybrid format and will be presented both in-person and over Zoom. We will meet in person at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Davie County Center at 180 S. Main St., Mocksville, NC. For those who prefer to attend virtually, a Zoom link will be provided.
